The gap between what you do and what the market thinks you do. Closed.
I don’t just stick clients on retainers for the sake of it or produce vague strategy documents that get looked at but seem impossible to execute. I only work with companies that genuinely want to bring the human back into their communications and step out of that creatively stiff corporate content box to stand out in their industry.

Three ways to work together, built around results, not hours
Please Note: As of September 2026, I am no longer accepting new clients.
The Communications Architecture
This is the full build.
Who it’s for
For the data centre and deep tech companies that know their comms aren’t working but can’t pinpoint why. It’s for the Founders and Marketing Directors who are tired of sounding like every other company and can’t quite articulate what makes them different, have grown too fast and their messaging hasn’t kept up.
What it is
This is a fixed-scope product where I come in, analyse your current approach, diagnose everything and build you a complete communications architecture that your internal and external teams can execute. You get strategy, content frameworks, and clarity on how to position yourself in the market that works for your business to differentiate your brand and increase visibility.
What’s included?
- Async intake questionnaire before we begin
- Full analysis of existing strategy, content, website, social presence, press coverage, brand story and messaging
- 60-minute Founder interview
- 60-minute CMO or equivalent interview
- Messaging hierarchy (what you say, how you say and to whom)
- The tone of voice guide your whole team can use consistently
- Thought leadership strategy, who speaks, on what topics, to which audiences
- Channel and content framework, so where to show up and what content to produce
- PR positioning and how to get journalists to care about your company
- Final delivery documentation and presentation
- 30 days async email support after delivery
What it isn’t…
This isn’t a content mill retainer, where I create all of your editorial and communication content for you or a vague strategy held together with light research, or even something that requires you to keep paying me indefinitely to get an ounce of value out of. This communications architecture is a fully comprehensive, concrete, executable strategy that your team and external agencies can execute and create campaigns and content plans from. If you do seek additional add-ons, such as a set number of polished editorials written by me, then we can discuss this on a coffee chat.
Investment
£5,000
Delivered across 4-6 weeks, depending on demand.
Not quite ready for the whole shebang?
The Communications Audit is an entry point from £1,800, where I analyse your previous three months of communications and present my findings in a report. More details below.
The Editorial Intelligence Briefing
Your sector monitored, monthly.
Who it’s for
For the data centre and deep tech companies that need to stay ahead of industry trends, narratives, competitive activity and content opportunities, but don’t have the time to spend hours every month doing it themselves. For marketing teams, comms leads and founders who want to show up strategically ahead of the trend rather than reactively.
What it is
A monthly editorial intelligence briefing powered by AI research and synthesis, with every insight editorially reviewed and signed off by someone who works inside your industry every week.
The AI does some heavy lifting by scanning trade publications, monitoring competitor activity, and tracking content shifts across your sector. We then apply genuine, human editorial judgment, sector knowledge and a perspective to everything before it reaches you.
The result is a briefing that covers what your competitors are saying online, the industry topics and trends, content gaps worth capitalising on, recommended content angles, PR hooks and a suggested bank of editorial concepts.
What’s included
- AI-powered monitoring of key trade publications and industry news relevant to your sector
- Competitor content analysis and activity tracking across named competitors
- Narrative and content gap identification
- Five recommended content angles for the month ahead
- 2-3 PR hooks worth pursuing with journalists for the month
- Editorially reviewed, amended and signed off by Lauren before delivery
- Monthly clean, professionally designed PDF report in your inbox
What it isn’t
This isn’t a fully AI-generated report or raw AI output with no human intelligence behind it. Nor is it generic, automated monitoring that could be for any industry or company. Every briefing is reviewed, refined and quality checked before you get it.
Investment
£650/month.
Annual option: £6,900 – one month free included.
Minimum term: 3 months, to see real results from the strategy.
The Communications Audit
Find out what isn’t working, why and what you can do about it.
Who’s it for
For companies not ready to commit to the full architecture but need clarity and direction on their current communications. For marketing leads who need an external perspective to freshen up their strategy and for anyone who has a suspicion their comms just aren’t working but needs hard, cold evidence to move forward.
What it is
It’s an audit of your existing communications stretching back to the last three months. I review your website, messaging, content, social media presence, PR positioning, editorial, tone of voice, and deliver an honest report of what’s working, what’s not and what you should be prioritising first.
What’s included
- Async questionnaire
- Review of website, editorials, content, social, press coverage, and messaging
- Written audit report with recommendations on next steps to fix communications
- A 60-minute call to walk through my findings
- 14 days of async email support after delivery
What it isn’t
It’s not a surface-level assessment of observation, with no action steps to improve things. You leave with a clear perspective of where your communications are letting you down a bit and next steps and guidance on how to fix those leaks for a watertight communications strategy.
